RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days after receiving the items. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at kondesdesign@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least sixty (60) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Goods that are undamaged and working as designed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

SHIPPING POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day after processing your order to let you know your order is on the way!
LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
It is possible to choose between standard and premium shipping options. Both options include tracking, but only premium is delivered to your door, personally to you, ensuring that you received your parcel (available through LP Express). Domestic shipments usually arrive within 5 business days after pickup. Holiday seasons might affect or prolong shipment duration.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally delivered within 3 days using Omniva, LP Express or DPD Pickup. Flat rate shipping fee of 5 Eur applies to orders shipping to regions outside of European Union. If your selected country does not appear within options, it means we do not provide shipping there yet. Worry not! Write us an e-mail for personal inquiry and shipping rates and we will find best option together.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do offer international shipping. All international shipments are either tracked/registered through mail only. Therefore it is important that you provide correct address and contacts (if the option is present).
IMPORTANT: Taxes are not included in the shipping price and are paid by the buyer, relevant to his country.
